Pros Cons

Best part of my day:

The black skirt I ordered online--the one I had to order a size smaller than usual because they were out of the one I wanted--it came in the mail today.
It totally fits.
I'll pretend it's because I really didn't eat all that much at Thanksgiving instead of believing that different companies just have different sizes.
Worst part of my day:
My hands still smell like the onion I cut last night--a nice surprise I get every time I blow my nose, wash my face, etc.
But I'll take it.  I still made out okay in the end.

You skinny little thang. So totally jealous!

Try a little lemon juice on the hands. Works every time for me.

Emily, the best thing to remove the smell of onions is lemon juice. Make a soap water with lemon juice....wash the dishes with it and after a couple of washes the smell & onion residue will disappear.

Oh my goodness, Emily. I am so happy for for you. I, on the other hand am not as fortuitous as you. After Thanksgiving, when I did my holiday shopping, had to buy a size bigger. I did photo the moment, so I will never make the mistake again, to eat more than I should. Here's the link, so you can learn from my mistakes as well:

I noticed you had a blog - so please don't mind me checking it out. Samuel has been having so much fun with Will. So there is actually a little piece of metal the name is cedarfresh. All you do is was your hands with this after you use onion of garlic and the smell comes right off! It was .50 at crazy marcs!
